Application Process

If your Expression of Interest is successful, you will be sent a DAF application form which includes details on how to pay your stall holder fees and requires that you sign the Terms & Conditions statement. 

Fees shown below are for the area required.  You may bring your own marquee or hire one from the DAF.

Stallholder Expression of Interest

Note that All food and drink stalls have sold out and new applications will not be processed. Providore:  There are still a couple of spaces left for providore vendors Space in the Wellness area has also sold out. There is limited remaining space in the large marquees and a there are a few remaining non-food stalls on the oval  

The Darlington Arts Festival welcomes stall holders who are interested in selling hand-made Western Australian art/craft, art/craft materials, produce, and books.  Hands-on activities are especially encouraged. All items offered for sale must meet the criteria of handmade, homemade, re-purposed or recycled. There are also a number of spaces available for food and drink vendors.

A limited number of spaces will be available for stalls offering Fair Trade goods, but all such stalls must have International Fair Trade Certification. Stalls selling imported commercial or Australian made commercial products are NOT PERMITTED.

Stall holders permits

It is a requirement of the Shire of Mundaring that all stall holders obtain a Stall holder’s permit.  Applicable forms will be sent to you after your Expression of Interest has been received and accepted.

Mobile number preferred

(1) Marquee in prominent position on Darlington oval with excellent exposure.
(2) Marquee in art/craft area on Darlington oval with good exposure.
(3) Premium food vendor sites are located adjacent to the wine tent and will need to trade late on Friday and Saturday evenings till 10.00 p.m.
(4) Food vendor sites are mostly located along the western (Pine Terrace) side of Darlington oval with excellent exposure to festival attendees.

(5) DAF also offers 18 metre ‘walk through’ marquees for Market Stalls providing sites for all stall holders with equal exposure.
